Chef Rachel Bennett
Helping to bridge the gap between healthy and flavorful
Rachel Bennett is a Tampa native, and attended Culinary School at a local college. Her culinary path has taken her from renowned restaurants like Bern’s Steakhouse, Edison Food & Drink Lab, and Oxford Exchange, to working with Celebrity Chef’s and caterers throughout her career. In 2018, she was offered the opportunity of Executive Chef at The Library Restaurant in St. Pete, an Oxford Commons Hospitality restaurant. Rachel has been listed as a James Beard Award semifinalist for Rising Star Chef, Best Chef 2019 for Savor St. Pete and has been in multiple publications including, South Tampa Magazine, Creative Loafing, Scout Guide, etc. She also competed on Guy's Grocery Games on the Food Network, and has been on multiple TV news stations. Along with her love of culinary, is her passion for fitness and nutrition. She is an Ace Certified Professional Trainer and strives to combine her love of culinary and fitness to help others on their wellness journey. She is bridging the gap between healthy and flavorful, one bite at a time.
Rachel Bennett is currently the Executive Chef at The Library Restaurant in St. Petersburg, FL. She also is part owner and Culinary Operations Director for Fit Foodies Meal Prep based out of Tampa, FL.
